Welcome to Woodland Meadows Property Owners Association

Our History

Woodland Meadows is a single family home neighborhood built in the mid 1980’s by residential Development Group.  

Woodland Meadows is located in Grayslake, Illinois on Hunt Club Rd, North of Route 120 (Belvidere Rd).

Annual Meeting

Please be on the look out for the November mailing which will include the 2025 Year End Review and the 2026 Budget Letter. Your ballot needs to be returned before the upcoming annual meeting. 


The WMPOA Annual Meeting will be held virtually on November 18th at 7:00 pm: All are welcome to join using the Google Meet link
